working on cars is what their job is. That doesn't mean they know jack about your Z a lot of times. Even doing something I've never done on the car, I still feel like I have a 50-50 chance of knowing as much as the wrench turner that would be working on my car. I've gotten to where I'd rather do it myself, save the money, and know it's done right. That's not to discount the excellent shops that are out there, it's just hard to find a really knoledgeable mechanic that takes pride in their work. Mike
